Returns and Refunds Policy
All orders are collection only and must be picked up in person at the specified event. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Change of mind
All sales are final. As a small, independent worship community, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Sizing charts are provided for guidance on each product page to support you when selecting your size. Please ensure you have reviewed this information and chosen the correct item and size before completing your purchase.
Faulty or defective items
Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, not as described, or develops a fault within a reasonable time after collection at one of our events, please contact us within 14 days of collecting your order. You may choose either a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect items at collection
If you receive the wrong item at collection at one of our events, such as an incorrect size, style, or product, please let us know on the day or contact us within 14 days. Where possible, we will resolve this at the event, or arrange the correct item at no extra cost. If the correct item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Please email hello@psalmsxsaints.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. For faults identified after collection, including a photo will help us resolve matters more quickly. We aim to respond within two working days.
